Generation Builders has been a trusted general contracting company in Mansfield Township for over 20 years. Our family business began with the development of the Homestead at Mansfield (55+ active adult) and Country Walk (luxury single-family and twin homes) communities – both located in Columbus, NJ. When combined these communities total over 1,265 homes, ranging between 1,100 and 4,500 sqft.

In the midst of success with our residential business, we expanded to include commercial construction with the development of Homestead Plaza I and II, over 80,000 sqft of mixed-use commercial space in Burlington County.

Now, over 2 decades later, our contracting business also includes full-spectrum remodeling services, from design concepts to completion. We pride ourselves on our strong network of suppliers and industry professionals that allow us to work on projects of all sizes.

We contracted with Generation Builders to construct a standalone Dunkin’ Donuts building with a drive-thru from the ground up. They took responsibility of the entire process starting with site plan review and acquiring all permits, to putting the finishing touches on our space. They completed the newly designed building ahead of schedule and right on budget. The Generation Builders staff out-performed what they proposed to us.
